MY BOOK REVIEW:
This book, “Single Parents Rock!” is a fun, exciting, upbeat, children’s read filled with positive messages, valuable life lessons, and vibrant, colorful illustrations!!
“Single Parents Rock!” follows five-year-old birthday girl, Shay, on her big day. Shay introduces her friends and family who will be attending her birthday party. Shay explores the different family dynamics of her friends, some having a mom and dad, another having two moms, and Shay having her mom. Shay’s mom says, “Every family looks different, but we are all still families!” These words define the positive principle of social acceptance and promote diversity and inclusiveness, which are very important teachings for young readers.
This book is full of encouraging and motivating themes that young readers are sure to connect with.
This book is full of bright, beautiful illustrations that are captivating and are sure to immerse the reader into the story.
This book is perfect for bedtime story time and as a learning to read to book.
This book is quick read at 34 eBook pages cover-to-cover and filled with 25 pages of text and illustrations.
This book is appropriately “G” rated as there is no swearing, no gory violence, no adult situations, and no sexual content.

All in all, I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it!! I think all young readers and their families will like this book too!! So, add it to your TBR List and get to reading - you won't be disappointed!!
