Kelly Clarkson Is Pregnant!

Congrats to Kelly Clarkson! In case you haven't heard, Kelly Clarkson, 33, announced she is pregnant during her concert last week in Los Angeles at the Staples Center.

Kelly was singing her hit song, “Piece by Piece,” and became very emotional during the lyrics. Amid the tears, Kelly burst out, “I was not planning on announcing this, but I’m pregnant.” In the YouTube video (Shine On Media) below you can see the crowd cheering and applauding the exciting news.

Kelly told the crowd the reason she shared the news was because she didn’t want them to get the wrong idea. “I didn’t want you to think I’m on pills or something,” Kelly explained while continuing to cry. Kelly also shared a message to her husband apologizing to him and saying, “This was not planned. I’m just so hormonal.”

This will be Kelly and husband, Brandon Blackstock’s second child together. Kelly and Brandon are already parents to daughter, River Rose Blackstock, who was born in June 2014. Kelly is also step-mom to Brandon’s two children from a previous marriage, Savannah, 12, and Seth, 8.

Kelly’s first pregnancy was famously noted and extremely difficult. Kelly experienced intense morning sickness and other pregnancy symptoms. She was even hospitalized during the pregnancy and suffered many complications – including losing her voice. Huge congrats goes out to Kelly and Brandon! I am so thrilled for them! Hopefully this pregnancy will be less painful so Kelly can relax and enjoy the pregnancy experience.

Last Week of Allure Magazine Giveaway Event!
