My Review:
I am always interested in trying new fitness and weight loss
products so I was so excited to be asked to try Garcinia Cambogia Extract by
Gloryfeel.
The suggested use for this product, Garcinia Cambogia
Extract by Gloryfeel, is to take one capsule three times a day. The directions also list to take the capsules
30 minutes before meals and with 8 ounces of water. This was somewhat hard for me to follow this
schedule. My day is hectic and there were a few days I forget to take the lunchtime capsule. I got busy and didn't remember or
have time to take the next dose until 4 or 5pm, which then became the dinner
dosage.
I drank a lot of water while taking this supplement which is
good, because it made me remember to drink water throughout the day.
It took about four days of using Garcinia Cambogia Extract
by Gloryfeel, before I started noticing a difference. I began to have less of an appetite and
started feeling fuller faster. After the
first week of taking this supplement every day, I had lost 1.5 pounds. I continued to follow the directions and kept
taking the supplement three times a day.
During the beginning of the second week I started feeling more energized
and less fatigued during the day. After
the two week mark I had lost an additional 2 pounds. I was still having some urges to snack, but
it was less often than before I was taking Garcinia Cambogia Extract by
Gloryfeel. Going into the third week is
when I felt I was experiencing the full benefits of Garcinia Cambogia Extract
by Gloryfeel. I was eating fewer
calories and choosing healthier food options.
I had increased energy and focus which I channeled into spending more
time working out. At the end of week
three I had lost an additional 2 pounds.
So after three weeks of taking Garcinia Cambogia Extract by Gloryfeel I
lost a total of 5.5 pounds.
Yes, I lost a reasonable amount of weight in the three week
time frame while using this product.
However, I didn't like having to take this supplement three times a
day. It was somewhat complicated and
annoying to have to remember and to find time to drink 8 ounces of water while
also waiting 30 minutes before eating.
In addition, I didn't feel like I was as full or satisfied as I had hoped. I still had strong urges to eat in the middle
of the night and mindless eat while watching TV.
I would still recommend this product for people interested
in losing weight. I believe it does work
and that everyone experiences these supplements differently. In the areas it didn’t work for me, it could
work for you. Like I said, yes, this
product does work, I just didn't feel it was helping me lose as much weight or
suppressing my appetite enough. In addition, taking this supplement three times a day doesn't work with my schedule. However, if you have the time and can stick to the directions, I think you will have success with this product, Garcinia Cambogia Extract by Gloryfeel.
