My Review:

I am all about fitness and weight loss products so I was thrilled to be asked to try this product, Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions.

This product arrived in a small envelope package.  Inside the envelope were three individual packets that contained the Whey Protein mix.

I love that Summit Nutritions offers this three pack option.  This size is perfect for travel and can easily be tossed in your bag for on the go.  This size is also perfect for if you're hesitant about trying a new product.  This sample size is enough to introduce you to the brand and the product without the full commitment and expense of a large jar.  That is truly one of my reservations about purchasing new health food items online that cost $20+ and not knowing if I will like them or throw them away after one use.  So trying the sample size of the three packets is a fantastic option.  Just to clarify, although I am referring to this product as a sample size as it only contains three packets, which is three servings, they are full and complete servings; it’s just a small amount of servings compared to the amount of servings found in a jar.

I love that this product is super easy to use.  On the back of each packet are detailed step-by-step directions with pictures on how to properly use this product. 

Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions is available in two flavors, Natural Alpine Vanilla and Natural Dutch Chocolate.  I chose to try the Natural Alpine Vanilla flavor.  I really liked the Vanilla flavor.  It was so delicious!  This product was not at all chalky or clumpy. 

The first time I used Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions, I mixed it with 8 oz. of non-fat milk in a shaker cup.  This product blended very well and only took about 30 seconds before it was completely mixed and ready to drink.  The second and third occasion I used this product in a blender with non-fat milk and frozen strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.  Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions was very complementary in both recipes and will go well with several other smoothie combinations.

Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions kept me fuller longer and helped reduce my extra snacking throughout the day.  I liked not feeling hungry again only an hour after eating a meal.  This product will definitely be helping me on my weight loss journey as it suppresses my appetite and increases my energy levels.

I really like that this product is lactose free, gluten free, and soy free.  This product also has no fillers or excipients, no banned substances, and no hidden ingredients.

I love that this product has only 110 calories!  A common disappointment with protein powders is that they usually contain high calories.  Most people like me that use protein powders are trying to lose weight and every calorie counts!  I like that Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions doesn't ruin my limited daily calorie intake amount.

I love that this product contains 26 grams of protein!  Due to health reasons it is strongly recommended that I consume a minimum of 100 grams of protein every day.  It is really hard to eat that much protein!  However, just a couple of these shakes gets me past the halfway mark.  So this product has significantly helped in my daily protein intake needs and on my road to weight loss.

I will definitely continue to use this product as part of my daily calorie intake as it increases my energy and helps me lose weight.  I would absolutely recommend this product to everyone!  Whey protein is such a vital item to have in your diet and everyone should probably be consuming more protein than they already are.  Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions is delicious, easy to use, and has low calories and high protein content.

My Review:

I am always interested in trying fitness and weight loss products so I was so excited to be asked to try NO2 Pre-workout supplement by GreenForce Labs.

As we all know one of the best ways to lose weight is exercise.  However, with busy schedules it is often hard to make time for fitness or if you do you only have so much time and energy.  Thankfully, GreenForce Labs developed a product to help make every second of your workout count.

My Review:

I am an avid tea drinker and I am always interested in trying new health, wellness, and weight loss products.  So I was very excited to be asked to review this product, Organic Ceremonial Grade Green Tea Matcha from Kiss Me Organics. 

Kiss Me Organics product, Organic Ceremonial Grade Green Tea Matcha came in a small, tin canister.  Inside the can was a thin aluminum bag that contained the Matcha powder.  I liked that this product came in a resealable can so that the Matcha powder would stay fresh and secure.

I had never tried Green Tea Matcha before so I couldn't wait to make my first cup of tea of Kiss Me’s Organic Ceremonial Grade Green Tea Matcha.

The directions were easy to follow.  I used my Keurig to quickly heat up hot water.  I scooped ½ teaspoon of the Matcha powder into the tea cup.  I then whisked the tea in a zigzag motion until the Matcha powder became dissolved and frothy.

My Review:

I love health and fitness products so I was so excited to be asked to try Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink.  I received three .46 ounce (13 grams) packets of Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink in each flavor they offer.  Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink comes in three flavors: Elevation Orange, Mountain Grape, and Colorado Cran-Raspberry.  I enjoyed trying all three flavors, but my favorite flavor was Mountain Grape.

I poured ten ounces of water into a glass and then added the Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink packet.  It took about a minute of stirring before the powder had completely been mixed in.

I liked that the drink wasn't too sour or too sweet.  The second time I made the Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink I used twelve ounces of water, instead of ten ounces like last time.  I liked the twelve ounce water mix better as I felt it was more of an evened out taste, without being watered down.  Also, the mix of water and powder seemed to blend quicker with the twelve ounces of water.

I also love that this product is made with organic cane sugar, fruit juice powder, and just a touch of Stevia and Lo Han Fruit.  You can feel safe drinking Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink as it contains blended electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts.  I like knowing that only the best goes into these products.

Unfortunately, I was unable to try this product while mountain climbing.  So I used Acli-Mate as a sports drink, daily immune booster, and energy drink.  As advised for performance, I consumed the Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink 50 minutes prior to exercise, which is within the 30-60 minute timeframe as recommended as a pre-sport energy supplement.  This product is also suggested that it may be used during and after activity.

About ¾ through drinking my Grape Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink I started noticing extra energy and felt more of an upbeat charge.  Since I was using this product as a pre-sport energy drink I headed to the gym for my cardio workout.  I had originally planned on working out for 30-45 minutes, but ended up working out for 65 minutes!  I felt energized and fired up!  I usually have a positive response with energy drinks, but I was impressed with Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink as I felt energized, but also focused.

I could definitely see this product, Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink helping with travel at elevation.  Hopefully one day I will be able to try that out.

I really liked how this product, Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink has multiple uses and advantages.  For instance, Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink can be used for stages of Acclimatization, Performance, and Recovery.  There are also several other activities this product can help with  such as daily hydration, headaches, jet lag, and many other uses.

I loved that Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink only has 35 calories and 8 grams of sugar per serving.  This is a very important element for me, because I spend time eating healthy and working out.  The last thing I want is to drink a sports drink filled with sugar and calories.

I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a new sports drink or energy drink.  I would recommend this product for anyone looking to step up their game or in search of a recovery method for a hangover or jet lag.  I would also recommend this product for anyone looking for a supplement that provides assistance with acclimatization and mountain performance.  I will definitely continue to use this product, Acli-Mate Mountain Sports Drink, as I was truly impressed with the results.
