My Review:

I am all about fitness and weight loss products so I was thrilled to be asked to try this product, Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions.

This product arrived in a small envelope package.  Inside the envelope were three individual packets that contained the Whey Protein mix.

I love that Summit Nutritions offers this three pack option.  This size is perfect for travel and can easily be tossed in your bag for on the go.  This size is also perfect for if you're hesitant about trying a new product.  This sample size is enough to introduce you to the brand and the product without the full commitment and expense of a large jar.  That is truly one of my reservations about purchasing new health food items online that cost $20+ and not knowing if I will like them or throw them away after one use.  So trying the sample size of the three packets is a fantastic option.  Just to clarify, although I am referring to this product as a sample size as it only contains three packets, which is three servings, they are full and complete servings; it’s just a small amount of servings compared to the amount of servings found in a jar.

I love that this product is super easy to use.  On the back of each packet are detailed step-by-step directions with pictures on how to properly use this product. 

Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions is available in two flavors, Natural Alpine Vanilla and Natural Dutch Chocolate.  I chose to try the Natural Alpine Vanilla flavor.  I really liked the Vanilla flavor.  It was so delicious!  This product was not at all chalky or clumpy. 

The first time I used Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions, I mixed it with 8 oz. of non-fat milk in a shaker cup.  This product blended very well and only took about 30 seconds before it was completely mixed and ready to drink.  The second and third occasion I used this product in a blender with non-fat milk and frozen strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.  Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions was very complementary in both recipes and will go well with several other smoothie combinations.

Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions kept me fuller longer and helped reduce my extra snacking throughout the day.  I liked not feeling hungry again only an hour after eating a meal.  This product will definitely be helping me on my weight loss journey as it suppresses my appetite and increases my energy levels.

I really like that this product is lactose free, gluten free, and soy free.  This product also has no fillers or excipients, no banned substances, and no hidden ingredients.

I love that this product has only 110 calories!  A common disappointment with protein powders is that they usually contain high calories.  Most people like me that use protein powders are trying to lose weight and every calorie counts!  I like that Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions doesn't ruin my limited daily calorie intake amount.

I love that this product contains 26 grams of protein!  Due to health reasons it is strongly recommended that I consume a minimum of 100 grams of protein every day.  It is really hard to eat that much protein!  However, just a couple of these shakes gets me past the halfway mark.  So this product has significantly helped in my daily protein intake needs and on my road to weight loss.

I will definitely continue to use this product as part of my daily calorie intake as it increases my energy and helps me lose weight.  I would absolutely recommend this product to everyone!  Whey protein is such a vital item to have in your diet and everyone should probably be consuming more protein than they already are.  Pure Whey Protein Isolate by Summit Nutritions is delicious, easy to use, and has low calories and high protein content.
