Product Intro:

Eating gluten-free in restaurants can be tough. Menus rarely list every ingredient in a dish. Food preparation happens behind closed doors. And cross-contamination is a constant risk.

Whether you're gluten free by choice or necessity, your options shouldn't be limited or boring. There are so many great gluten free restaurants and menu options out there, and we believe it's a shame when any of us feels we need to work extra-hard just to order the foods we love.

Since 2005, our team has spent thousands of hours developing the most comprehensive gluten-free restaurant guide in North America, dining cards that help you order gluten free at restaurants where language barriers can make things even more difficult, and a popular gluten-free grocery guide to help you find the groceries you need — even if you’re traveling and all that's available is a supermarket whose brands you don't know.

    My Review:

First off, I think this product, Triumph Dining Cards, is such an awesome idea!  I suffer from gluten food allergies and absolutely love to travel, so this product was perfect for me.  I have always been worried about traveling to another country and not being able to communicate my food restrictions.  Being able to get around in a foreign country is one thing not to mention having to stress over making sure not to eat something you’re allergic to.  Thankfully, Triumph Dining has come to the rescue.

I received five dining cards that were customized for Italian, French, Spanish (Mexican), Greek, and Vietnamese.  After receiving these cards in the mail I was so excited to go try them.  Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a trip to another country to try them out.  However, I did take them with me to some new restaurants I wanted to try.  I went to a French restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and a Greek café.  The staff at all three restaurants had not heard of this product before, but all agreed it was very helpful and such an innovative idea.

Each card is laminated and easily folds into thirds which becomes the size of a standard business card.  These cards conveniently fit into your wallet or purse.  Each card has three sections: I cannot eat, please check, and I can eat.  Not only does the Triumph Dining Cards list the items you can’t eat, it also lists and explains to avoid cross-contamination.

I loved that each card is tailored to each specific cuisine.  I also really liked how thorough the information was and how quickly it is for the restaurant staff and chef to comprehend.  I think these cards are also great for people even if they don’t have plans to travel outside the country.  I’ve noticed it can be confusing and somewhat complicated to try to explain food restrictions to servers and then hope they correctly pass that information on to the chefs.  I think it would be easier to just hand them these cards and then they would be able to properly understand.

I would absolutely recommend this product, Triumph Dining Cards, to anyone with food allergies or food restrictions.  Triumph Dining Cards are super easy to use and can make you feel safe while ordering foods in foreign countries or even at one of your favorite local restaurants.
